Federico Brocero Ghersi | Founder
Federico Brocero Ghersi is the founder of Italian Real Estate Service. He was born in Italy, grew up in Savona and also lived in Genova and Pavia before moving to the United States in 2003. He studied Business Law at Pavia University and Civil Law at Genova University where he earned a law degree with a specialization in Italian Civil Procedure. He worked in several Italian law firms and achieved a deep knowledge of the Italian law and administrative systems. After gaining over ten years of experience in Italian law, business and commerce, he worked in close contact with many Italian real estate firms before moving to Los Angeles where he applied his knowledge to the US market.
Federico has since relocated to San Francisco where he completed a Master in US Legal Systems at Golden Gate University. In San Francisco, he joined the executive team of BAIA (Business Association Italy America) where he serves as the Co-Chair for Italian Relations. In an effort to stimulate business between Italy and the US, he also co-founded a branch of BAIA in Italy. During this endeavor, Federico first became involved in the Italian and US real estate markets and is now dedicated to using his extensive legal and business background to help the American people navigate the Italian legal system and develop real estate business between the two countries.
